Refund Policy

This policy sets out when a refund is available, when it is not, how to request one, how long a decision takes and where the money goes. It expands Section 7 of the Terms of Service and matches it exactly.

Last updated: 2026-08-21

This Refund Policy is issued by Hongsen Interconnect (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. and applies to subscription plans, one-off digital products and other paid services purchased through 派宝 (https://paibao.ai).

It forms part of our Terms of Service (https://paibao.ai/en/terms-of-service). Where you have signed a separate commercial contract with us, that contract governs the services it covers.

1. General principle

派宝 provides digital services that are provisioned and delivered immediately: access or content is released to you as soon as payment succeeds. Fees are therefore generally non-refundable, except in the cases listed in Section 2 and where the law requires otherwise.

We would rather you were sure before paying: most features offer a trial or a demo, and you can always email [email protected] to book a walkthrough or ask a question first.

2. When a refund is available

CaseRefundConditions
First-order 7-day guaranteeFull refundFirst-time subscribers, requested within 7 days of the first charge, with usage in that period below 20% of the plan quota
Duplicate or incorrect chargeFull refund of the excessDuplicate charges or wrong amounts caused by a system or billing error

We end the servicePro-rata refund of the unused portionWe stop providing, or retire, a plan you have bought, where you are not in breach
Statutory rightsAs required by lawAny right of withdrawal or refund granted by applicable law, such as the 14-day cooling-off period for EU/UK consumers

3. When a refund is not available

  • Subscription periods already used (other than the cases in Section 2);
  • One-off digital content already unlocked or downloaded (whitepapers, reports) — see Section 4;
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service or acceptable-use rules;
  • Change of mind, or no longer needing the service;
  • Problems caused by your own device or network, or by a third-party platform's outage, policy change or account restriction;
  • Expired services, entitlements or unused quota;
  • Services bought at a promotional or discounted price, unless the law provides otherwise.

4. One-off digital content

Whitepapers, industry reports and similar one-off digital content become viewable or downloadable as soon as payment completes. Under Article 25 of the PRC Consumer Rights Protection Law, digital goods delivered online are not subject to the seven-day no-reason return right.

We will still refund or re-deliver where: the content clearly does not match its description on the purchase page; the file is corrupt or cannot be opened and we cannot fix it; or a technical fault caused you to buy the same content twice.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your registered address with "Refund request" in the subject line, and include:

  • Your account email;
  • The order number or payment reference;
  • The purchase date and the plan or product bought;
  • The specific reason for the request;
  • Supporting evidence (error messages, payment screenshots, the period of any outage).

Incomplete information slows the review down, so please send everything at once where you can.

6. Timelines

StepTimeline
AcknowledgementWithin 2 business days
Review and follow-up5–7 business days
DecisionWithin 10 business days of receiving complete information
Money backVia the original payment method once approved, usually 5–10 business days depending on the channel

Refunds always go back the way they came (WeChat Pay to the same WeChat account, card payments to the same card). We cannot redirect a refund to a different account.

Once a refund is processed, the corresponding entitlements — membership, quota, unlocked content — end at the same time.

7. Cancelling versus refunding

Cancelling and refunding are separate. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. A refund requires one of the cases in Section 2 and a separate request.

To cancel, see Section 5 of the Terms of Service: use your account settings, or email [email protected].

8. Billing disputes and chargebacks

If a charge looks wrong, contact [email protected] first. We reply within 2 business days and fix confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

If a chargeback is raised with your bank or payment platform without contacting us first, we may suspend the account until the dispute is resolved. Almost every billing question is settled faster by email.

9. Enterprise and custom work

For consulting, website build, managed operations and other services delivered under a commercial contract, refunds and acceptance criteria follow the signed contract or order form. This policy applies to anything the contract does not cover.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. For material changes we give at least 14 days' notice by email or in-product notice and update the date at the top of this page.

A refund request is assessed under the version of this policy in force when you made the purchase.
